Thursday night, after a hectic day at FITUR, one of the many of "more to come" alumni gatherings took place at the trendy PENTHOUSE in Hotel Me Madrid of Plza. Santa Ana.
Thanks to Carlos Erburu (SHA IX) who is currently the Food and Beverage Director for Gerber Groups stylish and fashionable bar in the heart of Madrid, the Les Roches Marbella 2008 gathering couldn´t have been more exciting.
Carlos reserved the PENTHOUSE up on the seventh floor of this historic hotel were we all enjoyed the incredible views of the "noche Madrileña". Incredible delights such as caprese brochetes, black olive and creamy parmesan oreos, mini hamburguers and yakitory chicken blended with an abundance of drinks created the perfect setting for 34 LRM alumni to get together, chat, remember good times and most of all enjoy such an ocassion.
Among us we had graduates ranging from the 1997 promotion (Ana Joga) to the latest batch of 2007.
It was a joyous occasion where we all got to laugh, dance and even exchange professional opinions from the industry. It was a great chance not only to see past friends and classmates but to also start an important network of professional contacts.
I promise to have another one soon, I will plan it with more time so more people can come. For those of you who couldnt make it, we missed you all...or should I say...you missed it.
For all of you who have made it, thank you and it was great seeing you all again. All I ask in return is to KEEP IN TOUCH!!
